Lift Financial LLC ("Lift Financial," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This website is directed to residents of the United States. If you reside outside the United States, please do not use this website or submit information to us.

By submitting information to us, or by using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

  • Telephone number

  • Date of birth

  • Social Security number

  • Income and employment information

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • IP address and general location derived from it

  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device information

  • Pages viewed, time spent, and referring website

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from third parties. With your authorization, we may receive consumer credit report information and related data from consumer reporting agencies and from lending platforms and lenders we work with.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate whether you may qualify for financing

  • Obtain your consumer credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies

  • Submit your information to lending platforms and lenders to generate offers

  • Present and explain the offers returned to you

  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, email, and text message where you have consented

  • Improve our website and services

  • Detect and prevent fraud

3. Credit Inquiries

With your authorization, we and our lending partners may obtain your consumer credit report.

The initial review uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score.

If you select a specific offer and continue with that lender, the lender may conduct a hard credit inquiry, which may affect your credit score. That inquiry is performed by the lender, not by Lift Financial.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information with:

  • Lending marketplace platforms and lenders in their networks, in order to evaluate your eligibility and generate offers

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, communications, scheduling, and analytics providers

  • Third-party debt resolution providers, where you have asked us to explore that option

  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process

  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that entity agrees to protect your information consistent with this Policy

We require our service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Lift Financial LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information shared with lending platforms and lenders is shared solely to generate loan offers you have asked us to obtain, and is not a sale.

6. Communications and Consent

If you provide express written consent, we may contact you at the telephone number you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text message, even if that number is registered on a state, corporate, or national Do Not Call list.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, by replying HELP for assistance, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us using the information in Section 13.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Call Recording

Calls to and from Lift Financial may be recorded and retained for quality assurance and regulatory compliance purposes. By communicating with us by telephone, you consent to that recording and retention.

Third parties you are connected with, including lenders and debt resolution providers, may separately record their own communications with you under their own policies.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain our records, to resolve disputes, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
